Insured risks

Indemnification

- 30 days from the notification of the insolvency, provided that the proceedings have been agreed by the court.

Recoveries

After the indemnity payment, the recoveries will be for the account of Coface.
If the recovered amount is higher than the paid indemnity, this will then be paid to the Insured.
